CONSUMER/NON-PROFILE MEMBER: If you are using the website to view agent profiles
or communicate with an agent and are not a profile agent member, then we do not
generally collect personal information from you. However, we may ask you for personal
information if you make a purchase from AgentWorld.com or report a problem or otherwise
contact AgentWorld.com. If you contact AgentWorld.com we may keep a record of that
correspondence. AgentWorld.com also occasionally asks users to complete surveys
that we use for research purposes. Wherever AgentWorld.com collects personal information
we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
PROFILE MEMBERS: If you are a profile member then some personal information is gathered
from you during registration, including your first name, last name, company, street
address, suite number, city, state, country, zip code, email address, password,
web site URL, office telephone number, mobile telephone number, fax number, whether
you are a REALTOR®, the primary city where you market your real estate services
and other sub-markets where you market your real estate services, professional designations,
achievements/background, professional affiliations, the services you offer, your
image and any other information you profile upon registration of thereafter.
In addition, we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but
not limited to); when you make a purchase from AgentWorld.com; and when you report
a problem with our services. If you contact AgentWorld.com we may keep a record
of that correspondence. AgentWorld.com also occasionally asks users to complete
surveys that we use for research purposes. Wherever AgentWorld.com collects personal
information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
2. What are cookies and how does AgentWorld.com use them?
AgentWorld.com may use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you.

sharing that information with AgentWorld.com alone, unless it is specifically stated

other AgentWorld.com users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
AgentWorld.com may disclose or access account information when we believe in good
faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we
deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
6. What are my choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of my information?
AgentWorld.com may, from time to time, send you email regarding our services. In
addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving
offers or information from AgentWorld.com and our partners, we may occasionally
send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest
to you. Only AgentWorld.com (or agents working on behalf of AgentWorld.com and under
confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings and only if you
indicated that you do not object to these offers. If you do not want to receive
such mailings, simply tell us when you receive the email or mailing.
On some types of AgentWorld.com promotions, we will ask for your email address in
order to update you on your score, entries, and status in prize drawings. When you
participate in these types of promotions, you automatically receive promotion-related
email, unless you choose the no-email option that some promotions offer. Occasionally
these promotion related email messages may include targeted advertisements.
You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences,

You may edit your AgentWorld.com Account Information and profile at any time by
using your AgentWorld.com ID and password, so long as you are in compliance with
applicable agreements and laws.
8. How does AgentWorld.com protect my personal financial information?
Keeping your personal financial information private is vitally important to us.
Knowing that you use certain services or features may help us to offer you better
and more relevant services. But as with all personally identifiable information,
we do not make this available to any third parties without your permission, except
for Paypal our credit card processor. Any user statistics
that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding financial product
or service usage on AgentWorld.com are provided in the aggregate only and do not
include any personally identifiable information about any individual user.
Please note that there are places on AgentWorld.com where you can transmit credit
card information in order to complete a purchase transaction or for verification
purposes. Any time we ask for a credit card number it is transmitted through Paypal

If you are an AgentWorld profile member, your AgentWorld.com Account Information
is password protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information.
You may edit your AgentWorld.com Account Information by using your AgentWorld.com
ID and password.
We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. AgentWorld.com will
never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited
email. Also remember to sign out of your AgentWorld.com account and close your browser
window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access
your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone
else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
