NAR Pending Home Sales Up November 2010
Yesterday another great sign for the economy and the housing or real estate market was released when the NAR® announced their Pending Home Sales Index. And unlike the negative spin by some in the media about the report
from Case-Shiller, this is positive news for the U.S. real estate
market. The Pending home Sales Index counts the number of contract and
not closings so it is really a glimpse into the future.
