Foreclosure Prevention Help in South Carolina

I am so glad to be able to share the news about a great program to help people in South Carolina prevent or stop foreclosure. The SC Housing Corp. is taking their foreclosure prevention program statewide. Starting today, the South Carolina Homeownership and Employment Lending Program (SC HELP) will use almost $300 million in federal funds to help responsible but struggling homeowners in South Carolina!

I just hope that someone is going to be helped by me sharing this information.

Now before you start calling me or Silver Star Real Estate, please read all of this article! Please understand that I am just sharing this important information to help any home owners that are struggling with their payments because I believe in the importance of home ownership AND more importantly so that anyone that needs help can avoid the scam artists that are out there! You could probably also be safe in saying my distrust of banks and big business also gives me motivation to share this. And I guess the fact that I hate seeing bad stuff happening to good people also gives me a good reason to share this information.
